Anderson Brito is a Managing Director and Head of Global Banking Brazil at UBS BB Investment Bank. Brito joined UBS in 2010 and before that, he held several roles at Bain, Citi and Santander. He has advised on over 100 transactions for over $150 billion including sell-side auctions, buy-side advisory, LDCM, International DCM, ECM, and financings throughout the capital structure for both public and private companies.

The executive was a member of the Board of Directors of Estácio Participações S/A, a publicly traded company in the education sector, GNDI Intermédica S/A, a publicly traded company in the health sector, and Ri Happy, Brinquedos S/A, a private company in the toy retail sector. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Via (formerly Via Varejo), a publicly traded retail company, from 2014 to 2018. Roberto Campos Neto has been the President of the Central Bank of Brazil since February 2019. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and has extensive professional experience in the financial sector. He held leadership roles for more than two decades at financial institutions in Brazil and abroad, such as Bozano Simonsen, Claritas, B3, and Santander, where he led the Global Treasury for the Americas.

Rodrigo Comazzetto has over 20 years of experience in the financial market and 10 years in managing illiquid funds, with roles at institutions such as Itaúsa, HSBC, and Modal Banks. Gibbon holds an Economics degree from PUC Rio, with advanced studies at Stanford and Harvard Universities. He has extensive experience in higher education, having worked for more than 15 years in the sector.
