Anderson Brito is a Managing Director and Head of Global Banking Brazil at UBS BB Investment Bank. Brito joined UBS in 2010 and before that, he held several roles at Bain, Citi and Santander. He has advised on over 100 transactions for over $150 billion including sell-side auctions, buy-side advisory, LDCM, International DCM, ECM, and financings throughout the capital structure for both public and private companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Infrastructure Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA).
Mansueto Almeida has served as Chief Economist and Partner at BTG Pactual since 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Federal University of Ceará and a master’s degree in economics from the University of São Paulo.
He has held several positions in Brasília, including General Coordinator of Monetary Policy at the Ministry of Finance in 1996, researcher at IPEA, and economic advisor to the Senate’s Committee on Regional Development and Tourism.
In 2016, he was appointed Secretary for Economic Monitoring and Competition at the Ministry of Finance, and in April 2018, he became Secretary of the National Treasury, a position he held until July 2020. In 2014 and 2015, he worked as a consultant in the private sector.

Fernando (Teco) Sodré, 50 years old, is co-founder and partner at Wesafer, the digital products and services unit of Avantia, startup investor, and leader in AI deeptech products and services for over 12 years. He has served as a visiting professor of Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Innovative Business Models at FGV, UFPE/Cin, and Laureate. Currently, he is the Director of Digital Business at Avantia. Teco Sodré has more than 30 years of experience in innovative digital businesses and has led major digital transformation projects for Sebrae Nacional, Magazine Luiza, Azul Linhas Aéreas, Natura, Baterias Moura, Stellantis, Moura Dubeux, and Raia Drogasil.
He holds a degree and a master’s in Computer Science, along with several specializations in innovation and digital business strategies from Harvard Law School and Wharton Business School. For over 20 years, he has been a guest speaker at various public and private institutions across Brazil. Married, a sailor, and father of three children (two humans and one pet).
Mateus Bandeira is a board member of Vibra Energia, Intelbras, and Sabesp, serving as Chair of the Audit Committees at Vibra and Sabesp, Chair of the People Committee at Sabesp, and member of the People Committee at Intelbras. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors at CVC Corp. Additionally, he is CXO Advisor Brazil at Netskope, a global leader in Cybersecurity. He has previously served as CEO of Grupo Oi, Falconi Management Consulting, and Banrisul. He holds a degree from UCPEL, an MBA from The Wharton School, and has completed the OPM program at Harvard Business School.

Fernando has a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a co-supervision of IMPA (National Institute of Pure and Applied Mathematics). His Ph.D. thesis in the same institution was related to Virtual Reality, Artificial Intelligence and Animated Human Characters, and lead to several publications in Journals and Conferences around the world. Fernando also holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from the same school. His research projects developed at COPPE/UFRJ and IMPA were awarded by the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) and UNESCO.
Senior Managing Partner and Head of Venture Capital at Crescera Capital, Fernando has a great expertise in management, strategy and entrepreneurship. In 2018, Fernando was selected as a feature fund manager at Inside VC Brazil, an annual publication of the Brazilian Venture Capital Association. Fernando is an expert and enthusiast on emerging technologies and innovation, with a track record of over 40 venture capital investments as an angel investor or as a fund manager. He was CEO of BASEOi, the online gaming portal of the Brazilian telecom giant Telemar/Oi Group. He was also an investor at Opportunity Group and advisor for games, aerospace, biotech and communications industries at Axia Ventures from Argentina. Fernando was a board member at ABRAGAMES (Brazilian Game Companies Association) and executive manager at TecGames (game companies incubator at Genesis/PUC-Rio). Fernando was also invited by the Brazilian Government Funding Agency (Finep) to participate in the selection process of companies for its funding programs. Fernando was responsible for the Internet coordination of the Rio de Janeiro bid to the 2004 Olympic Games.

Mr. Sergio Rial, with degrees in Economics and Law, an MBA, and several executive programmes at universities in the United States and Europe, has built a distinguished international career as an executive and board member across the financial and agribusiness sectors, from Asia to the Americas.
Since 2023, he has served on the Advisory Board of one of China’s leading universities, the Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS), as an international board member, and is also part of the Advisory Board of FRUX Capital, a major investment fund in Europe headquartered in Madrid.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of Vibra Energia, one of Brazil’s largest companies, formerly known as BR Distribuidora. He also serves on the boards of Brazil Foods (BRF), the country’s largest food company, and Delta Airlines in the United States, where he has been a board member for more than nine years.
Since February 2025, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cyrela Construtora. Later in 2025, he will also join the board of Orbia, a Mexican-American industrial group, and as of January 2026, he will become an independent advisor of Trafigura, one of the world’s largest global commodity trading platforms, headquartered in Singapore.
He was a partner at Crescera Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm, until May 2025 and currently sits on its Financial Committee as a board director.
On ESG matters, he serves as a global board member of The Nature Conservancy (TNC), one of the world’s largest environmental NGOs, headquartered in the United States, and as Co-Chair of the Latin America Conservation Council (LACC), a business-led initiative for environmental conservation in the region.
Previously, he was both Chairman of the Board and CEO of Santander Brazil until January 2023 and also served on the board of the Santander Group in Spain.
He also chaired the Board of Directors of Ebury Partners in London until 2024, a global fintech providing foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions that support international trade and digital businesses.
As an executive, he has held senior leadership roles including member of the Global Executive Committee of ABN AMRO in Amsterdam, Senior Executive Director at Bear Stearns in New York, Global CFO and board member of Cargill in Minneapolis, and CEO of Marfrig Foods, one of the world’s largest beef companies.
